I love, love, LOVE my little log cabin on a lake.....but am excited to go explore this magnificent world and discover other little pieces of paradise.
On the other hand....I heard a terrible, 4 letter, 'S' word on the weather report today.....hoping this forecast stays true and we leave before the S-N-O-W flies. The girls and I were outside gathering leaves for an art project when a big, blustery wind blew up, and rain drops started falling....by the time we got in we were wishing for gloves and touques.
I wonder myself why you are leaving, and then think of winter. You will have the best of both, and I think the time w. your kids will be well spent!
ReplyDeleteYes, it will be nice to escape the snow - though it is beautiful too, and fun for the kids, for a wheeler like me and for my Spanish husband it is not so exciting. I am not too Canadian to admit that!
